Murakumo (ムラクモ) is a private organization in 7th Dragon 2020 and 7th Dragon 2020-II that recruits S-Rank (Super Rank) individuals to fight against monsters, and later dragons.

History[]
7th Dragon 2020[]
In D2020, Murakumo's special division is a Dragon extermination organization led by chairman Natsume Hikasa and later temporary leader Kirino who recruits unique individuals that have potential to fight against the dragons. Unit 13 and Unit 10 (Gatou Corps) are among the battle units under Murakumo's order to hunt the Dragons. Murakumo's special division is a different authorized force against the Dragons, alongside the regular military, the Self Defense Forces.
7th Dragon 2020-II[]
In AD2021, a year after the Dragon threat was stopped by the efforts of Unit 13, Emel takes over as the special division's leader while the organization as a whole continues to work to rebuild the world while exterminating Mamono.
7th Dragon III Code: VFD[]
In UE77 (AD2100), Murakumo's Unit 13 are considered legendary heroes from 80 years ago, and Murakumo has been replaced with a new primary Dragon hunting organization, the ISDF, International Self Defense Forces.
